Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received, unworn or unused.
- In its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).
- Custom or personalized products.
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a replacement is to return the original item and make a new purchase once the return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without justification. The item must be in the same condition as received, with tags, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.
