All orders qualify for free shipping worldwide no minimums or special exceptions. We accept and ship orders to all countries except Russia, Israel, Iran, Iraq, India, and OFAC-sanctioned countries.
To provide a premium experience, BillsCart uses express delivery services such as DHL and FedEx. We reserve the right to choose the most efficient courier for your destination.
APO/PO Box Addresses: We are currently unable to ship to PO, APO, DPO, or FPO addresses.
If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the parcel, contact our Customer Support and the courier within 5 working days from the tracking delivery date to open an investigation. (Claims after 5 working days cannot be accepted.)
Once verified by the carrier, we’ll replace lost or transit-damaged items with either a full store credit or a replacement of the original order. Lost orders are not eligible for a refund.
