Please note that refunds are not available for products purchased during the Black Friday sale. However, to give you added flexibility, we’ve extended our exchange and store credit policy to a 60-day window from the date of receipt.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if the item does not fit as expected, you may submit an exchange request within 60 days of receiving your order.
Standard-size orders: You may exchange the item for a different size or an alternate product.
Made-to-measure or custom orders: These can only be returned for alteration.
Our team is dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction and will gladly assist you with any exchange or sizing concerns.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. BillsCart offers a 30-day window for returns or exchanges, giving you the flexibility you deserve.
Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 72 hours), your exchange or store credit will be processed based on our standard shipping timelines.
Refunds, when applicable, are issued within 7 business days to the original payment method and may take up to 10 working days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return or exchange has been completed.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Personalized, custom, or made-to-measure products
Factory seconds or clearance items
Gift cards
Complimentary promotional items
All eligible returns must meet the following conditions:
Items must be unused, unwrinkled, undamaged, and in resellable condition.
All packaging and accessories (tags, boxes, inserts) must be included.
Footwear must show no signs of wear, with soles and uppers free from scratches or scuffs.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not meet these conditions.
If you receive a wrong or defective product, please notify our support team within 2 working days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Full return instructions will be shared by our support team once your return request is approved.
For custom orders, our team may recommend size adjustments based on your measurements. If you insist on original measurements and the final fit is affected, a minimal alteration fee may apply.
Our goal is to deliver the perfect fit the first time. However, if your custom order requires adjustment, we offer the first alteration free of charge.
We ensure accuracy through several quality-control steps before dispatch:
Design & Quality: We share pre-dispatch product photos for your approval.
Sizing: We verify your measurements with reference to our size guide. Accurate body measurements minimize sizing errors.
If the jacket or product still needs adjustment, we’ll alter it once free of charge.
Refunds are not available for made-to-measure or custom items since each product is specially crafted according to your specifications. Such items cannot be resold.
Order cancellations are accepted within 2 days of order placement.
After this period, or once the order has entered production or dispatch, cancellations are no longer possible.
If the parcel has already shipped, please accept delivery and initiate a return request instead.
Time-sensitive orders (promised for a specific date by our support team) cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
Prices, discounts, and product availability may change without prior notice.
In the event of a pricing error, we will correct it at the time of processing.
If the correct price is lower, we’ll issue a refund for the difference.
If the correct price is higher, we will contact you for confirmation or cancel the order.
