Our Bespoke Process is truly bespoke to the roots. We may best be described as digital bespoke, following the traditions of bespoke and fusing it with digital technology.
Despite operating as an e-commerce, as opposed to a physical store for traditional bespoke, we have not lost bespoke essence. For every custom order, we go through the decades old process of consultation, taking exact measurements, making unique patterns, offering widest fabric selection possible & giving limitless customization options. E-commerce enables us to offer bespoke services across the globe and make it accessible for all.
We believe bespoke is all about a discovery of perfection and an expression which shouldn’t be limited by options, after all this is what sets bespoke apart from made to measure.
How it works
Custom order request
Begin your journey by submitting a request through our web form. We can start your consultation even if you only have a few initial details.
Free design consultancy
Get a dedicated design consultant to handle your project details, pricing, delivery date, and digital illustration. The service is completely free, and you may opt out anytime.
Order placement
Place your order through the listing link shared by your design consultant. The link includes all agreed project details along with the digital illustration.
Production & Delivery
Experience your design come to life through our 6-step production process. After sharing photos for your approval, we proceed to dispatch your order.
Production process
01. Digital illustration
To begin the bespoke digital process, our creative team works closely with your design consultant to develop a digital illustration of your custom project. This is shared with you for approval before it moves forward to our production team.
02. Pattern making
The design consultant briefs the production team on every fine detail of your custom project, using the digital illustration, reference images, and supporting text.
03. Fabrication/Leather making
If your custom product requires leather, our production team places an order for bespoke leather, which typically takes 3–4 weeks to prepare. For fabric-based garments, the team sources premium materials from our trusted vendors.
04. Cutting & construction
Once the fabric or leather arrives at our production facility, it is sent for precise cutting and then moved forward to the stitching stage.
05. Embroidery, printing & accessories
If the custom project requires embroidery, printing, or any 3D-printed accessory, it is forwarded to the respective department after stitching.
06. Finishing & QC
Once the final product is ready, it undergoes a strict quality control inspection. Every garment is examined from all angles to ensure flawless craftsmanship and that nothing has been overlooked.
